Traffic Analysis of Human Movement and Disease

Blackbirds, Turdus merula seem to becoming rarer in the south. Blackbirds may be a vector for encephalitis through the Usutu virus via culex pipiens, the common house or northern mosquito that also bites humans, transferring unknown levels of infection. The southern areas seem to be hosting more mosquito type populations that are slowly moving northwards in the UK.
The recent large scale covid exposure seems to have had an adverse effect on many parts of the human immune system, allowing for some of the almost eradicated viruses that were common at one time to re-appear. Many viruses, bacterial and fungal infections are suddenly becoming more commonplace. This may have transferred over to other creatures, the recent H5N1 bird flu becoming more commonplace as a consequence in the avian and animal world.

Global Climate Change has allowed the mosquito to extend its range farther north, previously confined to lower latitude bands away from where there is the genetic modification in humans that has evolved to counter it.

There is a possibility that a lot of human migration, rather than being one of finding new pastures and areas to colonise and develop may have been just as the result of disease avoidance, many of the areas now showing as the beginnings or likely origins of some of the latest diseases being from around where humans are supposed to have started out from in their migrations.

The mosquitoes can also spread West Nile Virus, Rift Valley Fever and Avian Malaria.

This is where some remote and distant traffic analysis in time of human migrations and movements may show some indication as to linking the cause and effect of this. Many theories and systems try to use direct means and paths to determine root cause and directions, but you can tell a lot indirectly by the things that happen around it and predict the probabilities of what’s at the centre.

A direct approach or measurement may alter the aspects or methods of the thing being observed, but Is indeterminacy affected by nibbling at the edges if it has little or no effect on causality, just going with the flow and seeing what has come to pass?
